Mr. Prakash, a distinguished sociology graduate from Awadh University, brings over four decades of diverse professional experience to his role. A seasoned expert in logistics, Mr. Prakash served with distinction in the Indian Air Force, where he honed his skills in operations and management. Throughout his career, Mr. Singh has undertaken specialized training in Material Management, Disaster Management and Disaster Response. These trainings equipped Mr. Prakash with the expertise to handle complex challenges with efficiency and precision. His work extends to community health, with a particular focus on HIV/AIDS awareness and response. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Prakash is deeply committed to the promotion of human rights and the dissemination of constitutional values.
