Reema is a seasoned development professional with over 18 years of experience in building climate change resilience among farmers through government entitlements, capacity building, partnerships with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and Government-to-Person (G2P) payments.
As Project Director at PANI, she leads high-impact initiatives focused on livelihood enhancement, financial inclusion, social protection, and climate adaptation for rural communities. She specializes in strategic partnerships, program implementation, and capacity development, ensuring sustainable solutions for smallholder farmers.
Prior to PANI, Reema worked with MSC Consulting, Srei Sahaj E-Village Limited, FINO (now a payments bank), and Evalueserve.com Pvt. Ltd. Her experience across diverse organizations has strengthened her ability to design and execute scalable development programs.
She holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Technology from GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi, and is fluent in English and Hindi.
