Kritika Pandey is a driven education advocate dedicated to empowering adolescent girls and bridging learning gaps in rural India. With a B.Sc. in Biology and an M.Sc. in Design & Innovation in Rural Technology, she combines grassroots innovation with digital education to create lasting impact. Since joining PANI in October 2024, she has led the Empowering Adolescent Girls project in Sultanpur, driving community engagement, rights awareness and life skills programs. Previously, she has supported 8,000+ underprivileged girls, mobilized 300+ volunteers across 200+ schools and facilitated digital learning initiatives. Kritika is a strategic leader, leveraging technology, data and community action to transform education and empower young girls.
