Avinash Singh is an accomplished Associate Project Coordinator at PANI, currently leading the PRUSKAR/DACCWSR project in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. Since 2019, he has been overseeing daily project operations, managing team performance and ensuring timely execution of deliverables. Previously, as Manager-MLE for the SWERA project, Avinash provided technical leadership in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MLE). He developed data collection tools, ensured data quality, conducted impact assessments and facilitated capacity-building initiatives. With over a decade of experience, including his tenure at IFMR (2011-2019) as a Project Associate, Avinash has expertise in project management, strategic planning, stakeholder coordination and data analytics. His skills extend to liaising with government and non-government agencies, capacity development and community mobilization. Avinash is passionate about using data-driven insights to enhance program efficiency and impact. His leadership and analytical abilities make him a key asset in driving sustainable development initiatives.
