Abhishek Gupta is a rural development professional with expertise in agriculture, livelihoods and community-based interventions. As Program Manager at PANI, he leads the Focused Rural Development Program in 25 villages of Gaindas Bujurg Block, Balrampur, driving sustainable agricultural growth and livelihood enhancement. With a master’s degree in Rural Management, Abhishek has four years of experience in the development sector. His proficiency spans livelihoods, farmer producer organizations (FPOs), health and education programs. Skilled in managing small and large-scale projects, he ensures alignment with organizational priorities and CSR initiatives. Before joining PANI, Abhishek worked with BAIF Livelihoods as a Senior Project Officer in Uttar Pradesh, gaining hands-on experience in rural development strategies. He is committed to empowering communities through innovative, scalable solutions that improve agricultural productivity and economic resilience.
