Mr. Abhishek Singh is a dynamic Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) professional with a specialized focus on strengthening data-driven accountability within the social development sector. With a strong quantitative foundation in mathematics and finance, he bridges the critical gap between complex program logic and practical field implementation. His work focuses on transforming abstract theories of change (ToCs) into user-friendly measurement systems that drive organizational learning and program effectiveness.

Currently serving as Associate Manager – Monitoring & Impact at PANI, Mr. Singh leads the design and execution of robust Impact Measurement Frameworks across diverse thematic areas, including water security, sustainable livelihoods and gender equity. His expertise lies in standardizing how impact is tracked, ensuring that data collection is not merely a compliance exercise but a tool for adaptive management. By developing customized MIS platforms and rigorous data collection tools, he has enabled program teams to capture meaningful evidence that informs strategic decision-making and improves outcomes for marginalized communities in Uttar Pradesh.
