Dharmendra Singh is a seasoned development professional with over two decades of experience in the sector. As a Program Manager, he oversees project implementation, provides technical support to teams and farmers, manages stakeholders and ensures timely reporting and strategic planning. His role also includes fostering linkages with government bodies and donors while documenting key processes. Since 2002, Dharmendra has worked extensively on community mobilization, project evaluation and livelihood promotion. He has led impactful initiatives, such as forming milk cooperatives under IFAD-Aajeevika in Uttarakhand, promoting line sowing in Prayagraj and advocating micro-irrigation practices in 100 villages. His efforts in Bihar raised awareness about clean drinking water, benefiting over 5,000 families.
