She is a certified Transactional Analysis Practitioner through the North American Transactional Analysis Association (NATAA), an associate member of the American Corporate Executive Coaches Association (ACEC) and has over 25 years of rich experience in leadership, branding and communications.
For 15 years, Rekha led Corporate Branding and Communications at Dynamatic Technologies, an Indian multinational in the hydraulics, automotive, and aerospace sectors, serving on the executive leadership team as the company grew from a single-domain Indian firm into a global, multi-domain enterprise. She drove strategic branding and communications initiatives globally supporting M&A, crisis communications, CSR, investor relations, and partnerships with Boeing and Airbus. She has also consulted for the Young Presidents Organisation and brings earlier experience in advertising and radio.
Rekha is the author of the Amazon bestseller Splash!: True Stories of Girls Igniting Change in Rural India which has garnered praise from leaders across sectors, including the world’s foremost executive coach Marshall Goldsmith. The book offers a compelling account of PANI’s efforts to empower adolescent girls in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
