Vikram Veer Singh

I’m Vikram Veer Singh, a grassroots development professional with over 13 years of experience, born on July 15, 1992 (age 33) and based in Ambedkar Nagar, U.P. Throughout my journey, I’ve remained deeply committed to working with and for the community — particularly adolescent girls, women, children, and youth — to create inclusive and empowering environments.Currently serving as Sustainability Program Coordinator at PANI, I lead the Aarohi Adolescent Empowerment Program across 97 Gram Panchayats. My work has directly engaged 10,280 adolescent girls and impacted over 200,000 people through initiatives in gender equity, digital literacy, mental health, and community mobilization.With an M.Sc. from Dr. R.M.L. Awadh University and hands-on field experience, I bring both strategic planning and grounded execution to every initiative.My guiding vision is simple yet powerful: “The community comes first, I come second.” I’m committed to a lifetime of service in the social sector — because for me, society isn’t just work, it’s purpose.
