Shiv Kumar Gupta is a seasoned development professional with over 10 years of experience in leading and managing large-scale social programs. As a Project Manager at PANI, he oversees the ECCE project in Balrampur, supported by Tata Trusts, ensuring strategic planning, execution and collaboration with government and community stakeholders to improve early childhood education. His expertise includes curriculum development, teacher training, program evaluation and data-driven implementation. He has worked extensively on education, food security and rural development, previously leading projects funded by HDFC Bank, Oracle and HCL Foundation. His contributions include developing assessment tools, training Anganwadi workers and enhancing digital learning methods. Shiv has conducted national and international workshops on education and governance.
